Q: How much are your car parking rates?
A: Car park rates vary for each venue. The fee is clearly displayed alongside the vehicle type you select on the event page.

Q: What time can I arrive?
A: Opening and closing times are listed on each individual event page.

Q: I am using a different car to the one I booked. Can I change my details?
A: Yes, you will be provided with a unique booking reference once your order is complete. Please present your email confirmation to the attendant showing this reference number.

Q: I cannot pre-book the event I am looking for. Why not?
A: The car park is now fully booked. Always book early to avoid disappointment - Alternatively you can arrive early and pay for a ticket at the gate.

Q: Can I get a refund if I cancel my parking space?
A: Refunds will be given on cancellation of a parking space minus a £5 admin charge. Please note cancellations or refunds will not be accepted within 48 hours of an event date.

Q: Can I get a refund should a concert/event be cancelled?
A: Yes, a full refund will be given.

Q: Why have I not received confirmation?
A: If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours of completing your application, please call us on 0161 877 4244 or 07863 319 337.
