You should read the following terms and conditions before entering into a contract for the provision of parking. By purchasing a car parking space(s) from Parkers Car Parks Ltd you are entering into a contract and agree to these terms and conditions in full.

Parkers Car Parks Ltd reserve the right, at our discretion, to make improvements or changes to any part of the Website, including to these Terms. We therefore recommend that you re-visit this page from time to time.

1. DEFINITIONS
(1.1) 'We' - Parkers Car Parks Limited
(1.2) 'You' - the customer whose name appears on the booking confirmation whether or not that person made the booking or is the vehicle owner.
(1.3) 'Vehicle' - the vehicle details of which appear on the booking confirmation.
(1.4) 'Car park' - the car park shown on the booking confirmation and any other car park we use in connection with it.


2. YOUR BOOKING/CONFIRMATION
(2.1) You will receive a confirmation email within one hour of booking/payment is received.
(2.2) This will state your unique reference number.
(2.3) This must be presented to the Car Park Attendant upon arrival at the car park.


3. PRICE/PAYMENT
(3.1) The price for each event will be as specified on this website at the date on which you submit your application form.
(3.2) Prices are subject to change at any time and are strictly on a per car basis.
(3.3) Non pre-booked parking fees shall be as displayed at the entrance to the Car Park.
(3.4) We can accept a variety of debit and credit cards. To maximise security of your credit/debit card online, we ensure that our card processing is handled via Googlecheckout or Paypal. We are not privy to your debit/credit card details.


4. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
(4.1) Refunds will be given on cancellation of a parking space minus a £5 admin charge. Please note cancellations or refunds will not be accepted within 48 hours of an event date.
(4.2) A full refund will be offered should a concert/event be cancelled.


5. SECURING YOUR VEHICLE
(5.1) Lock your vehicle securely;
(5.2) Fully close all windows of your vehicle;
(5.3) Apply your handbrake properly;
(5.4) Engage any steering lock, alarm or immobiliser you have;
(5.5) Do not leave any animal or person within your vehicle;
The company offers no warranty or indemnity as to the protection or safety of vehicles left in the car parking premises or any goods left within the vehicles and owners of vehicles are reminded that their own policies of insurance must be utilised in order to make any claim if such loss or damage occurs while the vehicle is parked in the car parking area.


6. POSSESSIONS
(6.1) Wherever possible please take your possessions with you when you leave your vehicle.
(6.2) If you have to leave possessions in your vehicle please do not leave them on the seats where they are visible, instead place them in the boot which should then be locked.


7. SAFETY IN THE CAR PARK
(7.1) Please drive carefully and slowly in the car park and obey the directional and other signs.
(7.2) Car parks can be dangerous. After you have parked your vehicle please proceed to the nearest signposted exit. Do not delay your exit from the car park and please keep a watchful eye on your children who should not be permitted to play in the car park and should at all times be accompanied by an adult.


8. THE COMPANY'S LIABILITIES
(8.1) We promise to exercise reasonable care and skill in carrying out our obligations under this Contract.
(8.2) You agree to park your vehicle in the car park at your own risk.
(8.2) You will use the Parking Space for parking purposes only; any other activity is strictly prohibited. Unless otherwise stated.
(8.3) You confirm that you hold valid Third Party Insurance for the vehicle which will be parked in the car park.
(8.4) We company will not be held responsible or liable to ("You") the customer or any Third Party for any direct, indirect or consequential loss including but not restricted to death, damage, destruction, loss, theft or injury arising out of or in connection with any act or omission of either ("We") the company or any agent or representative acting on our behalf.


9. ABANDONED VEHICLES
(9.1) Customers must remove their vehicles from the car park within the time stated in their confirmation email.
(9.2) The company reserves the right to remove any vehicle which it reasonably believes to have been abandoned.


10. COURTESY TO OTHER CUSTOMERS
(10.1) Should you damage another customer's vehicle you are requested to report the matter immediately to a member of our staff together with the registration numbers of both vehicles.
